I met a driver for a competing Expediting co one time. We were looking over his new truck. He then shared what happened to his last truck. Seems he had a 2,000# skid, that the "dumb ask" fork lift driver left on the tail. So then down the road he goes. Another "dumb ask" does something stupid...

It was not my truck. Just one I saw at Stoops in Indy while mine was in for service.

I would send an E-Mail to FJ about this incident. Put in all the facts you can, Names, Time of day etc. I have done this a couple of times with the J. They usually respond, depending on who is reading the mail at the moment. It wont hurt to tell them you are posting all over the Internet

I was told by a dispatcher a US driver can take one intra Canada load, then must come out. OOIDA says Canadian drivers are supposed to do the same when in the US. Feeling is they rarely follow the rules. They know enforcement is almost non existent.
