Just got done with my delivery and the ladies there thought I was there to deliver there freight and was there to install it as well. I told them I great on getting freight there when it needs to be there, but install, not so great.

I Always check with dispatch in the Detroit area. That's what I do.

I just run off of my SS#. I was told you need to make a certain Dollar amount, if you dont then its not worth it. If i become a fleet owner then I would change.

I guess it would be actual. I don't do the mileage thing. I keep all receipts and what I pay out like TV, Phone, Health insurance, Van Payment and depreciation ect and claim that.

I would think, if you give someone all the tools to do the job and explain how lucky they are to have what that got as a driver, they should do you a decent to good job. To me if you give a driver bare bones that's what you will get. Happy driver= Happy owner

One could also say that there isn't quality drivers anymore. There hard to find and if you get one, you better hold on to that driver.
