I guess it can be harder for a single truck owner to set an ARPD goal for his truck. A fleet owner can set a ARPD based on 2 to 100 trucks if they have that many. We base our ARPD goal on what the trucks did in the last 30 days. Then you have to look at what last years income is for the the same...

ARPD is a good thing to keep track of daily. A $700.00 ARPD for a truck would be a great month for a truck.
