    In the grand scheme, yes. In their defense, it costs big money to put a sales force out there. That piece of the pie rightfully goes to whoever spent that money. But after that it just comes down to who passes off their work to the truck shepherds. Many air freight and 3pls are just too busy...

    I-75 was getting almost that bad 2 years ago. South of Detroit. Big sheets of ice formed on the highway and chunks were breaking loose and leaving shallow potholes. Not as bad as pictured above, but it was quite uncomfortable for an alignment!!
