Correct. MacroPoint either charges by load or a flat monthly rate per unit tracked. If per load, you are ONLY tracked when on a load. On the flat rate plan one (we) CAN set up tracking orders to track a unit all the time. We don't usually since it's usually not necessary. But it can come in...
