Buying used PM with 330k miles?

13 is pretty light for the Detroiter :D Straights do park in the back, or until they get chased out of the front ;)

Load One July- Feel the Power!

Not much excitement today. Getting tires rotated then (maybe some grocery shopping), then back to chilling at the crib ;) I did upgrade my van bed yesterday. I had my doubts after many mediocre attempts to achieve the level of comfort I wanted without breaking the bank. Finally got the last...

    Fuel Stats 2015 Transit

Nice Job. The most interesting thing I get from your figures is your CPM. Despite my Sprinters higher MPG, with the higher cost of diesel, it's pretty much a wash fuel wise. My CPM for the same time period is 0.14 also.

I don't know which surprised me more today (besides the fire). The story making National News, or when I told my sister, who is just 4 years younger, Never heard of Boblo Island or the Boat  Still trying to figure out how that's possible growing up here o_O

July (18) Boom or Bust Locations

Maybe I can break even by the end of the year, or at least (dare to dream) be back to where I was 4 years ago ;) What a great business goal

July (18) Boom or Bust Locations

It did make me wonder and was looking into it when I got distracted. My results were not as impressive. Based on yearly averages: 2014-2017 Rate Decreased -21% 2014-to date Decrease -9.83% Gaining ground this year, but not even keeping up with inflation

July (18) Boom or Bust Locations

My home sewer line was being sluggish. Once the kitchen sink started draining slow, along with backflow from laundry and drain cleaner not helping, I figured it was time again to have the sewer line cleaned out. Last time was 4 years ago. I have a lot of tree roots around that like to clog it...

Buying used PM with 330k miles?

I was going to say when you 1st mentioned the lack of interest from your bank of 7 years, that you need to find another one ;) A credit union can be a better option if you qualify. Especially, if you have been with them for a while.

    My Battle of the Bulge

My return to Facebook. I'm no fan of Facebook, but I am a fan of Kevin Rutherford and Destination Health. So after dragging my feet for a long time, I gave in and joined the closed group Destination Health. The group currently has 4,395 members, almost doubling in size over the last couple of...

July (18) Boom or Bust Locations

I finally got around to calling the Health Department to check out my options to be tested for lead. I think I pushed it off, slipping into a little bit of a denial mode, not really wanting to know the results. That was pretty stupid on my part, but it happened. So I'll be going in on Monday to...

Load One July- Feel the Power!

I guess I finished the books with too much time left, spent the rest of the afternoon painting outside. Sitting outside waiting for coats to dry. 75F sure feels nice after the heat blast we had. Heck, even the irritating sounds from the ice cream truck didn't bother me (as much). Guess it was...

He had me at fermented [emoji1] I'm guessing they use regular salt instead of sea salt, but that's not a deal breaker. Definitely, will be locking in GPS to get some of these. Thanks [emoji1] Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums

    My Battle of the Bulge

My last shopping trip came up empty again for finding my pickles of choice. However, I new suitable larger competitors choice appeared with No HFCS and minimal ingredients. The labeling is extremely similar to my normal brand. Guess they wanted to move in on that slice of shelf space ;) They...
