Those are bad on transmission also. I would stay away IMHO.

A new van is 36K on transmission. You do have a bad year Promaster. I wouldn't have a problem buying a 2017 or 2018 Promaster. Talk to Ntimevan, he's got a new one.

That's probably about right. On my next van which will most likely be a Sprinter, I'll get the extended warranty. Everyone out here should have that IMHO.

Hate to see that. How many miles on the van? How often do you get the transmission fluid change? On a Sprinter, I think a MB transmission is $7500 or $8000. Can't remember if that's installed or just the transmission.
