    Buying a sprinter van, 2500 vs 3500?

The 5 cylinder was great we can thank government rules for the change. The 4 cylinder. Does get around 24 or 25 and seems to have plenty of power. I drove plenty of 800 and 1000 mile days in it. Driving fatigue was never an issue just plain old setting tired. Personally I never wanted to drive...

    Buying a sprinter van, 2500 vs 3500?

The previous 07 Sprinters ride much worse than those that came after. Not much comparison, they were rougher, noisier and less comfortable. I installed an air ride seat in my 012 after a couple years basically because it was a good deal not needed that bad. The emissions issue is real and is...

    Buying a sprinter van, 2500 vs 3500?

Yes I have driven one, far less cab space, less cargo space and rougher ride even according to friends who own them and have had sprinters. It should have a tighter turn radius it's a shorter wb. If your tall your looking at the top of the windshield setting in the drivers seat. It's actually a...

    Buying a sprinter van, 2500 vs 3500?

The 3500 change was the only thing they knew about. The fuel economy was improved by bring out the 4cyl. I average 20 on my 6 no problem with that. Personally I see no need for air ride on a sprinter. It's would improve it a bit but it's pretty good as is. It's probably still the best ride of...

Not for the most part just while.cooking or might open it without the fan running if it gets to hot and I don't want to get up I'll grab the remote and open the hood. The espar will dry the air plenty you should have no problem. Sent from my SM-G925T using EO Forums mobile app

    Buying a sprinter van, 2500 vs 3500?

Well yes and no, once you get it outfitted, personal items and fuel you need to scale it and figure that in your capacity. But on a transit or Promaster I would think a 3500 is the way to go. Sent from my SM-G925T using EO Forums mobile app

You do not want a 3500 sprinter unless you wait for a 2018. You would have to build up the floor and your over 1001 lbs. Sent from my SM-G925T using EO Forums mobile app

    Opinions on 2006 Sprinter 2500

Nothing wrong with a 2006 at all. Does excellent shape mean looks wise or have you seen maintenence records? I think the price is high, it does have low miles but it is ten years old. Have you looked at Blue book pricing? Sent from my SM-G925T using EO Forums mobile app

Buying sprinter vs 10-14k GVWR box truck?

Every long tall Van has issues. Sprinters, ram, Ford. It seems to be luck of the draw. You can get one that's fine and the next one off the line stinks. Sent from my SM-G925T using EO Forums mobile app

I have fiberglass insulation on my walls and never had any problem. I do have a ceiling fan sucking out most of the time and an espar does dry the air some. I do think sprayed foam is the best route but not because of moisture. Sent from my SM-G925T using EO Forums mobile app
