Thanks, kwexpress. It does not help to be doing this search over the weekend. Like several other outlets, this one is closed on weekends. There is no one to talk to until Monday. I wonder if that Moot expediter has an upcharge for breaking and entering.

Grainger is indeed a good place for almost anything. I love that store. But when we called their national desk today (stores closed weekends), they said four-inch straps with J-hooks are not in their inventory.

Thanks for the help, Ragman. You are running into the same thing we are. That strap has a flat-hook end and is more commonly found. We need the J-hook end. See photo in my original post.
