If you're not sure what to buy, why buy anything? Drive T/T or straight for somebody. Or one then the other. See which you feel is a better fit for you. If you're with a company you feel is legit, then choose what to buy. If the company is funky, it's much cheaper/faster to change as a driver.

Wouldn't you decal what you plate for ? A class 8 straight wouldn't put 80,000 gvw on door., And a class 8 plated at 54,000 or less, would put the plated gvw. Question of the day. Why would I plate my 3 axle semi at 54,000 lbs ?
