    Favorite Donut Chain

This is funnier if you look at the Shipley’s Location map. They’re all bunched up in the mid-south. Now they’re straying 100s of miles out of thier territory to build one in, of all places , in COLORADO ! A guy that can’t sell donuts in Colorado would be like an expediter that can’t get a load...

Issues with getting an ELD for 2007 Hino or older

I’d go with the Big Roads if your carrier allows. Or call the number that I posted earlier.

Michigan o/o Transit mid-roof for local work

I just realized he posted this in ask the recruiter. So he is looking for a carrier. Call all the carriers listed on the home page and see if you find a fit.

I don’t care for Krispy Kreme, but I have had then hot off the line, and agree they’re like teenage sex.

What’s your favorite and why ? Pilot coffee is my second choice. I am disappointed that Dunkin seldom has my two favorite choices, Chocolate Frosted Cake and Vanilla Long Johns.

Michigan o/o Transit mid-roof for local work

I’m not sure this sight is the best place to find shippers. Although advertising here can’t hurt, it isn’t the place to bring shippers and carriers together. I’d think he’s looking for an air freight carrier. Or just sign on with a carrier that tells him they think they can feed him short trips...

    Expediter of The Year Nominees

On second thought FD May give a lifetime achievement reward after a few years. A few years at FD probably seems like a lifetime.

    Tim Horton’s Closing

...in Indianapolis at least. The Canadian donut chain opened one location earlier this year and promised four more by early summer. The first one never took off so for now they’re giving up on Indy. They have 8 or 10 more in Indiana. Mostly around Fort Wayne.

Going back to my old job

You want it to work. If they get you a load and you don’t take it, that sucks for them. The sooner you tell everyone, the better it is for everyone. Unless you’re not sure, and you let tonight’s Load make up your mind . Then you just have to live with what you get.

Going back to my old job

You should have told him and gave him his truck. So he can start looking for a driver. If they get a load tonight, are you going and quitting the auto parts run ? That means you’re taking the OTR because of tonight’s run, even though you’ve decided it’s a bad deal for you ? Looks like someone...

Going back to my old job

Good experience. If you have to find a job in the future, you understand the OTR option alittle better.

    Worried about income

I wouldn’t have thought 6450. Of course I hadn’t put any thought into it. That’s too limiting if you’re going to legitimately stay under 10,000#.
