    Hows cargo van freight

I had Progressive through CIS before but it was a bit more expensive and I had to pay it once yearly in advance to get that price. Then I found out that whoever Load One uses is a bit cheaper and they take it out of my settlement every week. I don't remember who they use, but that is what I have...

    Hows cargo van freight

I don't know how much primary liability and cargo insurance is since Load One pays for those, but my non trucking liability and physical damage cost me $19.x a week. This is on a 2004 Freightliner M2. Sent from my LG-H918 using Tapatalk

    Hows cargo van freight

It depends what company you want to lease it on with. Some will take older trucks, some won't. Sent from my LG-H918 using Tapatalk

Do You Think You’ve Benefited From The ELD Mandate ?

I only have 2 months shy of 2 years in the straight, and this year has been way stronger than last year. I don't know if it is related to the ELD mandate. BTW, I know a few people that are still holding on to their paper logs until the last minute. I'm curious what they will do when they install...

Do you have a Sam's account? If you do, Sam's Master Card by Synchrony Bank offers 5% back on gas at any gas stations except Costco, but they have a limit of $6000 yearly.

I'm like you, Griz. I have a bunch of credit cards that give different rewards for different things, but I haven't carried a balance since 1998 I believe. All cards get paid off at the end of the month. I have a few that offer 5% on gas, but they have a limit. PenFed used to be 5% back for gas...

OTR Big Truck O/O thinking about van expiditing..

I've done it all, started with a TT, got into a van, now in a straight. Right now I believe the straight is the happy medium. With the TT I was too much restricted to the truck stops. With the van I made very good money before everybody and their mother bought a van. With the straight I run as...

New guy, one long question to get things started

The 60/40 split applies when you don't have your vehicle and you are driving for an owner. If you own and drive the vehicle you don't split the revenue with anyone. You keep it all. Sent from my LG-H918 using Tapatalk

    Ready for another Feb-ulos Month

My vacation in Laredo did not last long. 4 hours after delivery I picked up one to McAllen, then the following day I got one from Brownsville to Indiana. I also got offers for NC, KY, OH, MN but we were too expensive, I guess. After delivering this load I need a reset. I am almost out of my 70...

    Continuous DEF Problems with Sprinters

Sounds to me like a NOx sensor going bad. They use these sensors to know how much DEF to inject. I would personally get it fixed one way or another before it gets worse and you get the countdown again. Sent from my LG-H918 using Tapatalk

Before i quit my job and get my own authority...

If I had a job that paid 80k a year I wouldn't be out here like a dog on the streets. My advice is to keep your job and save all the money you can. Then, when you have enough money to buy a truck outright and you still want to venture in expediting, go and drive for an owner for 6 months or so...

Can i screw into the floor of promaster in the front floor?

I remember reading somewhere that you can't remove the seat since it will light up the air bag light. The only way to not have a passenger seat is to order the van without one. Sent from my LG-H918 using Tapatalk

Planet fitness or Anytime fitness better for expediting?

Something else to consider if you join Planet Fitness. If you vizit any one gym more than 10 times a month (except your home gym) you will have to pay $5 per visit (may vary from location to location.) Sent from my LG-H918 using Tapatalk
