I'm pretty happy with panther so if/when I do this I'd more than likely stay here. When I do this though I will compare companies such as rpm,estimated miles,sign on bonus ect. I DON'T plan on just jumping in to something that could make or break me without doing research and getting opinions.

Greg many place have tried to refuse loads we have done because their higher ups wouldn't allow them to load/unload without being locked in. We had to hand load unload at these.

The truck is still going to be run as solo. If you aren't qualified by the company you aren't listed as a driver of that vehicle. Here is an analogy for you. My wife was to ride with me it would be considered a solo with a passenger because she isn't company approved.
