    Since Dec 29th till today...approx. 36,000 miles averaging about 21-22 mpg ...running great, no problems.

    Getting my bearings

    Rolling stock is on the right track. My Dodge van(now retired) I went thru about 4 or 5 inside bearings. Done all of the above and then someone in here mentioned his van did the same thing! SPINDLES!!! My spindles were 5-6 thou undersized---- wear. Replaced them and not a problem again!

    A sprinters GVW is 8550 single axle The duallys around 9000gvw. So I guess sprinters would have to scale?

    Oil changes

    I have a Dodge 3/4T 1999 gaser 318 with about 509k engine never touched it is in retirement now. (backup truck) I am about the same as msinger for doing oil changes around 10000k's depending on how much city and idling. About twicw a year an engine flush.

    The keyword there is "Sprinter AUTHORIZED Dealers" Not all Dodge dealers can service Sprinters. I am trying to get a nationwide list of Sprinter dealers, but am having little luck. Guess I'll have to call head office.
