How does one know that they'll never see that customer again...isn't that like a catch 22? Example...P2 has a Cat contract and brokers a load out...WHY shoulld WE or me honour thier contract and do it at thier contract rate???? Thats what seems to happen more times then not.

Hawk...I am not so disillusioned to think that somewhere, someplace along the line I am contributing to that fund as a single operator. We call em Major, Minor customers..... I would think if I were a small shipper I'd be quite put out that I'd be rated as a Non-preferred or minor customer????

Some fleet owners get a mileage bonus for the amount of trucks they have on with a carrier At E-1 an owner with 5 trucks gets.05 per mile for every truck. Over time this is a nice chunk of change that drivers don't see.
