Bruno..you know Fedex is under pressure to cut costs (like alot of companies), last quarter results was bad...BUT this isn't the way...You just can't dehumanize everything...

Bottomline...computers won't work in this enviroment...too many variables that the computer can't handle....sometimes human is better.

It's also cheaper to pay a computer operator then to pay the wages of a REAL well trained experienced dispatcher....all they are now is call takers and button pushers...the premise of thinking is the computers job..."well, sir the computer says....."
