News update: Had a conversation with my sister-in-law this evening.... Apparently this is all a Dem set-up...Sandlin was actually given the green light to vote No!! The Dems had the required votes to pass the bill and SD is in contention in 2010...you get the drift? The dems had nothing...

I take this with a grain of salt...no way the union is going public with their strategy while they are bargaining....they;d have to be crazy to say anything else.....Go for the Caddy and hope for the VW...
