The book says to change out the bolts... the first pump lasted just over 369,000K..just had another put in last month at about 186K..almost 1/2 life???..seal every time...$169 for the pump gaskets and new bolts inclusive...and 2.5 hrs labour... at my SD dealer both times..

Then you have to get away from the "volume orientated business" approach...Quality service and value, for quality rates..Not every load is suited to every driver...you have to get off this turn down rate kick and truly evaluate WHY the driver has refused it...Invest more time into the drivers...
