I would tend to agree...as long as management believe and stay in tune with the company mission no matter how big they get...every level of the management TEAM has to be tuned in...

It is all volunteer fire Depts out here in the back country... Crime almost non existent..our town of 370 has 1 town worker and 1 part timer...and the bigger projects are contracted out to the locals...
