Agreed Dave...our first carrier here in the US....we became "attached" so to speak...knew quite a few in the office and it became a bit "personal"... We were staying for the wrong reasons...should have left a little sooner....but that is water under the bridge now...

With all the expenses you mentioned then $4.00 a mile is what one may need to make a living...but reality..that kind of money is not out here...IF one needs that much then this business is NOT for them.... If you look around the biz....how many young couples do you see?....like the 25-40 age...
