I would tend to go with it IF a small carrier would allow me access to their boards....some small carriers have virtually no dispatch after hours and on weekends...better yet as Dave mentioned to have your own authority and access....

For what?....mines 2 phones, 1 air card plus data package...looks like my monthly price is going to be around $220 a month

From what I've seen Phil...is they don't know or not even aware that one might be bidding against the other...also they seem to run in spurts....2-4 loads almost back to back and then sit for 1-2 weeks at a time....and the loads take them to BFE locations for a van without a long DH to get back...

Just got my first bill.....that $30.00 plus tax....data charge just doesn't seem worth it.... I guess I don't use my phone to its full potential is why.....I don't need EO on the go...I don't need my email instantly, I hardly use FB....I don't play games..

Yes...hang in there....maybe OTR is in your future...

You guys are having entirely too much fun..going in service today to get my bump time up there for when i head east....

some carriers use Sylectus numbers to base recruitment on...and if they are not more accurate....

It messes up everything....1 unit gets a load and it "appears" as 3 units have moved....That would send a phoney message as if volume was improving....oh wait...Sylectus already makes that claim....

I know some people it seems to work for them or so they say....others not so much they sit as long or longer....they never seem to get any DH money or any benefits we get with going with one carrier....

It sure may not be illegal....but it hurts Sylectus members hence then yes they'd have a place since it is a "membership"...with rules and such.... You'd think members such as yourself would have a vested interest in keeping "same units" off the board. It is your money as well....

So why doesn't Sylectus devise a way to filter "same units" out of the system?..either thru VIN numbers or plate numbers....effectively ending this trend....

Same as I speak of E-1 and their practices...I did not like them...I left....

A lot of entertainers volunteer for USO shows to entertain our troops which do wonders for moral...they visit Vet hospitals....they DO contribute to worthwhile endeavers..
