That is why we are knocking heads here....the pre07 sprinters are 4" narrower, 2" less in height and almost 2 feet shorter...and the older ones only have a 5 cylinder compared to the new 6 cylinder and DPF junk all for added weight....two completely different animals here....

Eddie we have the same model...I'd be the same as you if "completely empty" Monty...I'd highly dispute those numbers.....no way does a dually completely empty with the 170" wheel base and a 6 cylinder engine no less...is 5600... I weighed mine right out of the dealer....nothing in it bare...
