what would screwing customers out of their rebates have to do with IRS...? If they defrauded customers, that would be the FBI White Collar division...question be.....was it an IRS raid with the FBI as backup or visa versa?

Usually most companies have to file a report with the local fire department on chemicals stored just in case something like this happens... when a fire captain is on scene he should already know what to deal with...
