Mine wouldn't start BUT it sat for 2 days in about MINUS 30 and I had glow plug problem...I put an electric blanket and heating pad around injector system on the top of engine and a propane heater underneath and wrapped the nose in moving blankets for about 4-5...

    I don't think universal healthcare would work for you guys....it'd be a nightmare to administer and then there the individual states as well.... The simplier method would be to scrap everything now and subsidize the low to middle income IF they really want to spend taxpayers money that badly...

    One thing about Immigration on BOTH sides of the border I have learned...There is minimum standards to meet and after that there is a lot of "Officer Discretion" An officer can wave off so much with a stroke of a pen. Meaning what works with one applicant will not necessarliy work with another...

    Yes...shes American....and no she hasn't been back to Canada recently. As I said she's had same card for 8 yrs now and it's still good. Why difference I don't know....Immigration is real weird.
