I ams orry Greg..I can't see a problem with a carrier taking less profit off thier end as long as drivers are getting thier contract rate?? And that rate is industry average. Now if a carrier paid on a percentage of the load basis THEN there is a problem.

Being a Sprinter and keeping a journal...I've gone from 70 down to 55....WAS averaging 22-23 mpg....NOW 25-26 mpg. Twice this week I broke the 27mpg barrier(with a tailwind) Thats a HUGE savings!

Hey thats ok...I did one of them free trials and same result..IF there was a load I'd be in Baltimore and load was in Omaha!!! Not worth the money.

That was my point Star....the driver has the ultimate responsibilty...its his truck, his load I know some shippers try and shove a couple extra skids on at the last moment, and they don't do the adjustment on the paperwork But the driver should see this....And INSIST the shipper do his/her job.
