I suppose you guys have nothing like the Criminals Victims Act?..it is where I thing 2% of every ticket, every fine is put into a pot and victims of crimes can apply and be reimbursed for medical/ lost wages/ therapy....the criminals are actually funding this not the taxpayers...

Maybe they should mandate that all men carry rape insurance. You know, just in case they rape someone and get them pregnant. As stupid as that sounds, at least the guilty person would be footing the cost rather than the innocent victim. And you know there's no way that would get signed into law.
