and why is that?...because out of competition, carriers no longer charge for our time...they give us away as a free commodity...our time is not a chargable item.....and yet do carriers realize what a profit center it could be if they did?.....so pretty much I expect hand unload to be abolished...

Especially when the Ford is NOT a first year van.....first year being built in N/A yes.....but the model and technical stuff has been proven elsewhere......even the Promaster is NOT a first year van...

why do dispatchers even call and ask "How much do you need to do this load?" and when you tell them they ignore you and say naw I am bidding this amount like I am a straight truck....so here I sit....:(.....
