logically everyone's rates should drop as the fuel price declines....either All in carriers and or FSC break out carriers....I remember when it was like in the mid .20's cents at one time over at E1....

propane is good IF you dont have the funding for the big price tag of the Espar upfront....BUT propane will cost you over the heating season....$15-20.00 a fill up nearly every 3rd to 4th day....and the inconvenience of getting it refilled or doing the swap thing.....AND the cost of paper towels...
