I do believe the Cali law is for idling DIESEL...never seen the word gas mentioned.... I also heard idling diesel goes for diesel APU's as well? An APU that isn't CARP compliant may get ya a ticket as well...

Some flatbeds are poorly lighted....black tarps, very small taillights....we will never know for sure. Unfortunate set of circumstances....for sure.

You all notice Canada isn't on the list...they've had Gov sponsored mortgages since I can remember....CMHC....Can. Mortgage and Housing Corp....up to 75% and the banks do the rest....People have to meet strict standards by both banks and CMHC to qualify for a loan....
