If the custom bunk was made of plywood as opposed to that heavy particle board would of trimmed off at least a hundred pounds... Custom bunks aren't neccessary to be comfortable...they are a waste of money, built cheap. as a single, van weighs out with driver at 300 lbs and full tank about...
