Re: DH...15-20% is considered normal for CV unpaid....most carriers set the first 100 miles as unpaid or 50 miles whatever the contract says... unpaid DH is a 100% deduction from your money....so IF your carrier as some do are includung the DH as part of the bidding process...thats why your not...

don't kow if I'd say that....keep in mind the FSC is figured on the price of Diesel and if you are gas....your really getting bonus bucks....LOL thats a funny right there....:p

at that rate yes you do....it is just all included and not broken out separately....my carrier is same way...makes it simpler for billing and figuring....The term we use is "all in" or "all inclusive"
