that doesn't make sense.....that is like saying why does American laws apply to Canadian trucks while in the US..... BTW I don't like the limiter law either even though it does not apply to me....it is dangerous and ill thought out by politicians and the idiots from the Ont trucking...

When was the last BIG demonstration by truckers? Most of the OTR carriers have a Canadian division....won't hurt them at all...

I can understand why you and others don't like it...BUT it's business not personal. If all Fedex operators chose not to cross it will create a glut of trucks on this side of the border hurting your bottomline even more......As Fedex is aggressively recruiting in Canada now...it could get even...

I see Layouts response in the Fedex forums...about parking a few 100 trucks at the border,,,non starter Joe....who really cares about a few expedite trucks and some freelance broker LTL's? No one....it won't hurt business anyways...
