outside of short of staff at times..and some poor sheduling on some managers behalf....I've had good customer service from the J's....too bad they are struggling.... A store is only as good as their manager....the manager sets the pace....

A few of us stay in contact via phone and if one or so is not under load we check ahead for the van under load as a favour.... if the carrier won't do it....find a way....network.

How do you figure it's a violation of NAFTA? The LEGAL limit is 60 mph in Ontario....they are giving you up to 65mph.....they are not restricting your speed per say......the only restriction is they are taking away your right to break the law.

I don't see how it is impeding commerce? They are not slowing you down....its still above the legal limit....you'd have a weak case if you are going to argue that you want to go faster then the legal limit..... You may have a case for employer/employee relationship.... Depends how the judge...
