Absolutely Moot....Being "friends" or "friendly" make you no more money In my experience it costs you money because you can tend to make bad business decisions on your part, great for the carrier as they get the load covered and make their money,,,because you felt sorry for them or felt you owed...

when things are going our way...we all, at one point, contract with the best carrier and owner until something changes.:p A great owner does not make you anymore money then a miserable owner....My biggest money maker carrier turned out to be one of most crooked carriers out there...

i say nearly because not every load is a winner to a specific person.....a load to SD or ND is a winner to me....to you not so much....

thats just called bad luck....I went thru that crap last time out....supposedly fairly good known areas and got stunk out....sat for a week in KC and sat another 5 days after that.....I'd make the same decision again because it just makes sense....ya know what I mean?....

as far as the escrow goes 90 days is what they can hold it for...because it can take that long for any DOT tickets to surface and then there is any possible freight claims....however some actually use common sense and remember CV's are not HOS and them tickets are not coming...the 90 days were...
