I'm not making a judgement on the content of the video, but rather the making of them. Surely they must have realized that nothing is kept private in this day and age.

I haven't followed this story other than a soundbite on the news but I wonder why, in this day and age, would they make these videos? It doesn't seem to be a smart decision.
