You think? When business is slow and the guys start asking where all the loads are and some drivers alienated the customers and they don’t call anymore Do you tell grumpy customers at Speedway not to come back

You do know we are in the customer service business it is not our job to like every customer they pay we say thank you it’s just business not personal

Laughable I fueled with a fellow driver in Effingham once and we were going the same place in Detroit He was a 70+ driver and me being a pokey type well anyhow I beat him there as he had to fuel up 2 more times ... he had a transit ;) Turtle and hare story

Well in my experience , there is no reason to go to the east coast , there is plenty of business without it... if the customer or broker won’t pay a surcharge to help cover tolls, leave your wallet in your pocket and simply say no OR work for a carrier like Roadrunner or Load1 that pays your...
