It’s debatable who RFK jr takes votes from. MAGA likes him on a few issues, but won’t vote for him over Trump. He reportedly is big on “green issues” so that would take votes away from Biden.
Pesky fact. Even a heavily Democratic jury decided ( with a much lower bar of 51 percent too) that a rape didn’t occur. Repeating the lie that he is doesn’t make it so.
People were lied to about the Hunter Biden laptop, but most still voted for Biden regardless of his criminal actions and decades long record of deceit.
They see that he is being politically targeted through lawfare. That’s why he’s way up in the polls. People see that. Even ads aren’t working against him.
It can’t be meaningless if it’s actually relevant, but at least you were to admit that the statement referred to Trump, something the court didn’t want to do. That doesn’t provide confidence for the defense that the court will be an honest and fair arbiter in the judicial process.
What defies belief is the statement that it wasn’t in reference to Trump, which it OBVIOUSLY WAS.
Again, here it is: “Its the defense, not the court…”
If the court is willing to be dishonest about this, what other deceptions can the defense expect?
