The biggest advantage in a cargo van or sprinter...eliminates all that banging around inside a coffee can sound....almost 0 road noise...and as the other gentlemen was suggesting...DON'T use liquid nails on foam board...it will dry to be to hard...use a silicone based caulk...it is a great...

I beg to differ..as a mechanical insulator for 15 yrs.....the spray foam (proffessinaly sprayed in..not with cans u get @ the store)....is the hands down the best way to insulate your vehicle....it will be insulated better than foam sheets 10 fold....also it will be so quite in there ....stop...
