I just saw this story. It's only 15 miles from where another accident killed a dozen or more people last year.
Is it just me or is what they are calling a "tractor trailer" an expediter straight truck?

First off - welcome to EO! Here is something to consider. If you want to haul freight in the van - the carrier you would be hauling for is going to have certain requirements. I think I would start there first and do your build-out from there.

100% Agree. They used what is called discretion (circa 1950). If they thought for a second these citizens were lawless and a danger to the public - they would be served justice.
God bless America and these civil servants who could have gone Gestapo and tyrannical - but realized their is a higher authority that governs their actions...the Constitution.
Freedom of movement within the United States, is a serious issue of liberty. The reason these officials did not impede the movement of the citizens in this video was to their credit, they had no lawful authority to do anything otherwise.
