Bruno..you know Fedex is under pressure to cut costs (like alot of companies), last quarter results was bad...BUT this isn't the way...You just can't dehumanize everything...

Bottomline...computers won't work in this enviroment...too many variables that the computer can't handle....sometimes human is better.
