yep..more Bolt , more E-1 and especially tri-state since this year they have the Caterpillar contract...and if 3 state can't hold onto it, the pendulum will swing to another carrier.... Losing the one Cat is part reason why other cats are having a hard time...

Sub-contractor.....comes to mind...totally indepentent as the owner....contracting out thier driving skills. Think of a construction site...where a bulder holds the main contract....and they in turn sub-contract to specific skills. Each offering thier services at a negotiated rate.

Seriously though I always thought they could do this as they have almost unlimited power...Your literally at thier mercy...anything goes, all rights are suspended...all in the name of security...But as some would say if your not hiding anything why worry about it....just let them evesdrop, have...
