I for one am not a union hater....just don't agree the direction they've chosen to go....unions have gone too far and should not be in a companys business and be able to direct to companys business decisions....and the companys are to blame for letting them control them.

And a lot of other problems can be traced back to that weakest link...... I am going to buy one and replace mine before trouble comes...me thinks by comparison I am living on borrowed time at 364,000 miles nearly everyone has changed thier tensioner in a Sprinter....
