Mine is more like...They will find me loads...not how many or to where or at what times for a specific rate per mile (subject to change as per notice) and I will supply my vehicle and services. To maintain said vehicle in safe running order and be professional and courteous to all...

That refusal rule...could be challenged by the IRS...it crosses that very thin line of employee and employer...To discipline a truck for refusing ....makes them the boss...and you the employee...Tristate is on very thin ice should someone stand up to this behavior.

Gas is cheap?? Not this week yhe margin between gas and diesel has narrowed considerably between 10-15 cents difference....
