To be honest...business first...if a customer has that second skid and it does not go over 2,000 lbs I'd do the favour, after that if it exceeds the parameters of a CV, now this is where I sell my services, I'll explain that he/shipper would save money even with the upgrade in rate as 2 vans...

Isn't that what I said in the last post? Maybe should be better referred to as "load distribution". Dwell time? I have none...did a load overnight to NC and now under load going back to Toledo...

At E-1 we don't have dispatchers...load planners...a better description might be load distribution... Our customer service, NLM group, partners group, international group all book loads...we have quite a few experienced people. average seniority is about 6 yrs... but after the layoff last year...
