so I am thinking a situation here... we vans are NOT a CMV, are NOT under FMSCA, the driver has NO CDL.... driver gets ticket and NO, CSA penalty.... does the carrier get a penalty still??

JuJu my wife went on the Nutrisystem D menu... she was on the verge of going on insulin... after just 3 months the Dr. has taken her off most of the Diabetic meds..The Junuvia was 238.00 a MONTH alone..... her blood sugar is almost a perfect 7 in her latest A1C results....blood pressure is...
