I think English Lady may have misunderstood...I am all for DRILL that baby!!!! LOL.....but responsibly...we also have the knowledge to clean up any accidents and well look at the gulf...it is recovering faster then all the "experts" ever thought....Nature has a way to take care of itself...

Neither would the western states Joe..you know how much coal moves thru there from states like Wyoming and the wheat also from the Dakotas/Montana....

a lot of this is the global economy.....as in....ships dumping their ballast water in the St Lawrence and our ports....I welcome the push to make them empty out at sea before they get here...

Oh I agree..if the people down there put as much energy into fighting their government to make changes would be much better for them....so close them off and make them stay and fight the good fight....a cornered animal will fight..
