What MIGHT happen in cases like that...is it might be a 3pl or even 4pl load...the next person up the chain doesn't even know the AWB# yet....the chain of events are say, ahead of the flight...I've had some loads where the frieght was not even tendered to the airline yet. driver had picked it up...
