Because the sight does not work. You can sign up over the phone, but in this modern age of people glued to a screen, who wants to do that. I know I don't. With something as important as picking the right plan, I know I want to see the plans and take my time comparing them. So I'm waiting for...

Finally back in service after another surprise call this morning. My new glasses came in. So fitted and packed and ready to go :)

I did work at one place back in the day that needed 24hr staff. A nice compromise (I thought ) was made by the staff that everyone worked on the holiday for 4 hours, so everyone could have most of it off. Didn't have anyone that needed to go out of town so that worked alright. Ah the joys of...

I remember not very long ago, you were lucky to find a 7-11 open on the holiday. Now it's pretty much common place for most to be open. I've worked for places that were open on the holiday and the word was always out. If you call in on the holiday, you can kiss your job good-bye :( Sad how...

After a long cold day, New struts and shocks installed. Back in service tomorrow. I don't know if it's my weight loss that's making me feel extra cold. But I feel more like hibernating then expediting :rolleyes:

Yeah, especially early in the 2nd half when it was obvious he was hurting and not very mobile. The coach should have made a call for the team and put Josh McCown in sooner. If for no other reason then to save Cutler for another day and avoid further injury. Although, I'm glad he didn't :rolleyes:

It is a system set up for abuse. Although I agree with most of the letter, some of it was a little extreme even for me. Take away a person's right to vote after they have been laid off? The assumption being made is that everyone on assistance is abusing it. Some people are legitimately in need...

yeah I had planned to keep going, but my last one (Milwaukee to Warren Mi.) got a little messed up no one was there to rec early this morning so ended up with about an hour of sleep and 50 miles from my bed. Plus was being pulled by the Lions-Bears game this weekend haha. Yeah I wimped out :p...

I don't know about hydroponics but our community garden had some great tasting tomatoes this year best I've ever had must be the ground :)
