Enjoyably busy day. settled in around St. Louis area. wasn't my first choice but I didn't feel like going to my first choice tonight. So will hang out here for a while and see what happens

That was over the weekend, didn't count those sunrises Worked out good, got a nice one out of Nashville to 3 rivers Mi. Before I left delivery site got booked on a nice one for Friday

After settling down in Indy after the dry run. 3am phone call Indy to Memphis, TN. So off I went, Finally get unloaded Saturday around noon, dead tired. The phone rings, no way. Yup another load, wish I could have taken it, but way past my bed time. But here is the strange part that I realized...

Friday Load going back home? Looks like more of a 150 mile dry run :(

After watching the Lions beat up on a New York Giants team that looked more like a high school team, I wasn't getting my hopes up yet. I wanted to see how they would hold up to an actual NFL team (sorry Giants fans for being so hard on them, I actually like them but man they are a mess)...

Congrats! Your doing great! I keep finding your weight. I am so off track right now it's very frustrating. Since my low in June, I've gained as of today 20lbs :( I know a lot of it has been stress related eating, but that's no excuse. I really need to handle that better, get focused again, and...
