I've always been with small carriers, and have done well once I learned where their lanes are.but the next carrier is gonna be a medium size carrier, I can't see me ever being with One of the Big Three.
Will be praying! The best thing a van driver can do,is strap it,block it,nail it,glue it.in place. Secure it so it becomes part of the van.don't get lazy because its a light load.the lighter the skid the faster it picks up speed.

Yep that's my soon to be Wife, Met her and when she found out what I do, and without thinking she said oh I would love to be on the road with you,sooooooo we are looking at sprinters and carriers and soon we will be on the road again!
I drove Truck for my Father till his death,Then became a Courier, until I ran into a Roberts Express Driver, went out bought a van, and here I am, getting ready to buy a Sprinter and get back at it.
After being solo since the begenning of time,and being off the road since the first of the year I'm getting remarried shortly and my soon to be new wife is coming out on the road we will be running team by the end of the year.
